Marriage Counselling and Therapy in Israel

ABOUT ME

My approach to therapy
I am an impartial, warm and empathic therapist who allows everyone to be heard.  I aim to enable couples to talk to each other in a way that allows them to share their thoughts more clearly. This is often difficult for the couple to do on their own because they often get caught up in the emotions of what it is that they are saying.  I help the couple to make sure that they are expressing their true feelings to each other while at the same time hearing what their partner is saying to them. For individuals, I provide a space that enables their innermost and truest selves to emerge. This allows for better access to the individual's real needs.

My experience
I received my MA in Counselling from La Trobe University in Melbourne, Australia and my certificate in Relationship and Couples Counselling at Relationships Australia. I completed my diploma in Family Therapy at Alma Family Therapy. My experience in working with individuals, couples and families comes from working at a variety of family therapy agencies as well as working in private practice. Prior to becoming a Marriage and Family Therapist, I worked in both the public health and business sectors. I am married and have three children. I made Aliyah from Melbourne and now live in Jerusalem.
